To ensure the safety of all visitors, craftspeople and performers, the manor enforces strict handbag security checks at the main entrance. All backpacks, handbags and parcels entering the premises must undergo physical bag inspections by security personnel. It is prohibited to bring any real weapons, bladed prop weapons without safety restraints even if unsharpened (prop weapons must be properly bound and secured within their sheaths at all times), drugs, outside alcoholic beverages and glass containers into the manor.
The website has a dedicated Merchant Portal for recruiting, managing, and evaluating independent artisans who wish to establish long-term stalls in Renaissance villages. Applicants must submit photographic samples of traditional handmade crafts (such as handmade leather goods, wrought iron, vintage clothing) that conform to the historical style of the 16th century, and pass strict clothing and stall medieval review. All approved merchants must comply with the financial self-care and medieval etiquette norms in the Merchant Operation Manual.
